It super simple to setup. Simply create a location inspection, tick 'Include in location status' and that's it.Now, every time an inspection is performed for that location, reception get a 'ping' in real-time that it has been completed. With an intuitive and simple 'Green' for all okay and 'Red' for not okay.
And the Back Office get a ping and the option to see more details via their individual devices whether that be PC, MAC, smartphone or tablet, in the office or outside, it does not matter. Again, 'Green' indicates the inspection was completed with zero issues but 'Blue' indicates there is an issue and more detail about the issue is available.
