Staff can self-service annual leave requests, check allowance at any time from any location and request leave as and when required. Requests are automatically routed to their respective line manager and the line manager can 'Approve' or 'Deny' directly from the email or, if they prefer, visit the Annual Leave portal for more detail about the request.
Line managers and department heads are notified with each request as to what other team members have approved leave requests overlapping the same period.
HR and other authorised persons can also view a complete overview of all annual leave status throughout your organisation.
