Anthony Kirrane, Managing Director
Anthony as managing director oversees the business in general. Engaging daily with clients and maintaining an eye on service delivery.
A 25+ year software developer working mainly with the Microsoft Technology Stack but occasionally venturing in to some Objective C when making iOS apps.
Exclusively cloud focused Anthony has been developing online connected software since the web began in the U.K. 1993 to be exact. A pedigree spanning 25+ years.
Most of the last 25 years have been spent contracting at some of the planets largest organisations: Ford Motor Company, AT&T, BT, Ernst & Young, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, National Grid, Datum Solutions, BT Syntegra, Essex County Council and many many others.
Anthony is based in the U.K. and has a full UK passport. Overseas contracts will be considered on a case by case basis and Anthony has past experience developing software in Sydney, Singapore, New York, Ohio and Ireland.
Jennifer, Operations Director
Jenny oversees the production and provision of services at maxxpal. It's her job to ensure the company is running efficiently and that client needs are being met.
Jenny's day-to-day responsibilities include managing quality assurance with a focus on improving productivity and operating efficiency. Additionally, Jenny is responsible for researching, evaluating and buying products for maxxpal's clients.
Outside of her work duties, Jenny is a keen netball player and currently plays wing attack for her local netball team.
She is a Spurs fan and seems to enjoy the pain of watching them fail to meet their potential week in, week out.
Jenny is a fully trained volunteer for 'SHOUT', a 24/7 crisis helpline. Part of the Mental Health Innovations Charity (MHI). Jenny's role is to support texters when they're in a crisis.

Max, Digital Creative
Max, started with maxxpal when a position opened up for a creative. Day to day Max is responsible for developing the creative narrative of the business with a focus on The X Cloud Platform.
A gifted creative with a natural directors eye for a scene, Max works behind the lens capturing the videos and photos we use to market our own and our clients products and services.
An exceptional self-starter, Max conceives, storyboards, directs, edits and produces the video tutorials and explainer videos available on this site and The X Cloud Platform help library.
Max is a lifelong Spurs supporter and also an all round football fan. He is extremely knowledgeable about the game and the players/teams and is often the go-to for his friends when they need a specific detail.
In his spare time he likes to create football videos focusing on individual players. If you are on Instagram you can see some of Max's work via @GoalCentral2020
George, System Security Consultant
George is the go-to-guy when it comes to system security. An accredited penetration test expert and with a natural meticulous attention to detail.
George makes sure that The X Cloud Platform and more specifically our clients data, remains secure and protected from malicious actors and other threats.
