You will need a professional graphic design. You'll need your online web presence to match your offline identity. We are partnered with a superb design agency based out of North London, So-Design.Net. The girls at so-design are retained by some of the country's leading brands including us.
We're great at software development and our Business CMS publishing platform and Business software proves it. We write all of the code, the widgets, the bells and the whistles. We make sure your site adheres to all of the best practices for great organic search engine ranking. They make it look...fantastic.
We are your single point of contact and we meet with you to produce a brief and requirements specification. We then mock-up a few different layouts for your online identity keeping in mind your competitive market and your search engine ranking.
We then send our block diagrams to the designers and (we're still not sure how they do it) the design gurus (Stella, Rebecca and Michelle) send us back their creative intepretations of your brand, product or service.
Their designs will be influenced by your requirements of course. It may be that you already have a professional web design which just needs a bit of a french polish. You may not have a good web design but you do have a professionally designed logo. Or you may have neither or both. Whatever the case your project will have unique requirements and constraints. We handle all of that for you and make sure the graphic designers understand exactly what you want to keep, what you want to throw away and want you want created.
We send those design ideas to you for your feedback and generally after a bit of too-ing and fro-ing we all agree on the final design. The graphic designers then finalise the design for your website and send it to our developers who cut it up on their shiny iMacs. Working with the lead software developer on your website project the design is carefully laid over the top of the website software code and tested thouroughly on most popular browsers, computer types and screen sizes.
The resultant website will not only look beautiful but will appear very similar on Internet Explorer 7,8 and 9, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari.
If your requirements included mobile devices then your website will also be tested on iPhone, HTC smartphone running Android and iPad versions 1 & 2.
When the above is complete you then get to see it and have a play with it for a week or so or until you are happy and we can make a few tweaks here and there.
It doesn't stop there though. Once your project has been delivered we like to act like your eager new employee and we will not hesitate in contacting you with suggestions for tweaks whenever we think of them. Some will be things that you can implement yourself with no cost and of course some might be ideas for additional functionality that we think would enhance your website.
