Home PC and Technical Support
We now offer a flexible pay as you go home pc and tech support to private individuals, small businesses (5 or less computers), schools and individuals working from home or using their home as an office.
Based in Ongar Essex we offer on site support at your home or small business office within a 5 mile radius of CM5 Ongar, Essex.
We charge a one-off setup fee which includes an audit/inventory of your computer and technology (broadband, WiFi etc) as well as a service of one PC or laptop. Additional machine servicing at starts at £50.00 inc VAT for personal customers and £50.00 ex VAT for business customers.
Thereafter we bill at a minimum of 30 minute increments. Hourly rate for home users is £40.00 inc VAT and businesses/schools £50.00 ex VAT.
Travel and call out is free. Parts and consumables, as and when required, are quoted and you are free to supply your own. Fitting, setup, configuration is all charged at the same rates specified above.
